I picked one of these up the other day. I've seen similar looking ones at places like target, home depot, etc. but none that looked High Quality like this Craftsman. Plus it has a lifetime warranty. I tried it just for a few minutes and its very nice. No leaks or anything. The level is adjustable. The jet stream is real powerful. At this price, I am thinking about going back and getting another one. :up

Was this on the weekend? They had a two day sale. Not online for pickup in my area =(

Somebody said it was an early bird sale from 8-11 AM, but I bought mine around 5 PM on Saturday. If Sears is close to you, I say go by and check it out or just call them up and ask them the price at your local store.

Yea, I didn't feel like going out Saturday morning for that early bird thing. Our local store is kinda small, and there seem to be lots of deal hunters around, so I woulda been surprised to find one there anyways.

So I just ordered it online along with a shutoff valve thingie. Shipping will be refunded via a mail-in rebate..

I checked @ the Muncie Mall & they didn't seem to have any, so I think you did the right thing by ordering on line.

I tried one of these hose nozzles. The feel and construction was very good but if you have low water pressure this nozzle will not work.

With low water pressure I was unable to get anything other than a small trickle. No adjustments could give even the smallest spray.

I use this valve.

i bought one of these when they were $20, and it's still worth it! i've dropped it (pretty hard a couple of times) and it just keeps on a rollin' and not to mention the LIFETIME WARRANTY, even if it's your fault. i've got the receipt and packaging tucked away, so if anything goes wrong i take it back and get a new one.:up

same here :( I've handed it off to the wife for hand-watering the gardens...it's nice for that.

UPS man just dropped mine off. Sears sure used a huge box, must be 12" x 12" x 18"! Entire thing filled with peanuts! I had a hard time digging out the nozzle and shutoff valve. Both look to be nice pieces, can't wait to try em out.
