CQuartz / Gliss - IronX & drying aids/alternative LSPs

Hi,

I am looking to a do a few cars in CQuartz UK v3 + Gliss v2. I would be grateful for answers to a couple of queries.

IronX

Will Cquartz or Gliss be affected by using IronX?

Could IronX remove CQuartz/Gliss, or reduce its longevity?


Drying Aids/Alternative LSPs

I am aware that Reload is the preferred choice.

However, I used Sonax BSD for years as a drying aid, and for me that works perfectly - and I`ve a lot of it!
- Would Cquartz or Gliss be affected by using Sonax BSD?


Also, I like Megs Ultimate Fast Finish to provide some extra shine occasionally.
- Would Cquartz or Gliss be affected by using Megs Ultimate Fast Finish?


I plan on using CQuartz/Gliss to reduce washing time and keep the car as clean as possible between washes with CarPro Reset.

Would be grateful for your advice.

No it will not. Head over to CarPro`s site and you will see they recommend an iron remover to keep the coating clean. You do not want to use Tarx as that will remove Gliss.

BSD will impart it`s hydrophobic properties and self cleaning properties onto the coated surface. If you are ok with that then feel free to use it as often as you like.

Don`t bother with Fast Finish. It is inferior to the protection and self cleaning characteristics of any coating. You will already be using BSD.
