Wildfires in Florida and Georgia ?

I've read about the one in Cali. What's the others about ? I hope everyone's alright

Both of my vehicles were covered in ash the other day from the CA fires. I thought someone through crap all over my truck.

you cant even go outside here man, it smells like a big BBQ. then you see whats on your car and realize what your breathing.

its pretty bad, hope people up north are ok though. more important than my car thats for sure.

Down here in South Florida our vehicles have ash spots all over them too. It's not a blanket, but you can see it. There's supposed to be a ton of muck fires along Alligator Alley and near Lake Okeechobee. When are we going to get some rain???

The ash in FL is pretty bad. Mine was covered on Friday when I drove home from work. I used a nozzle-less hose to try and just flood the junk off first, then went to a couple of buckets of cheap (read: under $4) suds that I poured over the car, then another rinse with a nozzle. That removed mostly all the pieces of ash and junk. Then I used the mitts, dried in a hurry and into the garage!

Join me in the raindance today.
