"Constant Pressure" pad question...

So I'm sooo excited. In my company they're putting in a phat garage door into the wastewater treatment center of my company (chemical waste not crap!). But they're doing it to house the snow plow. But we're talking warehouse, heat (like the heat blows on me), bright lights, heated water, even an air gun, grill grate thingy on half the floor. I talked to the maintence guys and they said if you wanna plow you can do that too :D Looks like i'm getting more stick shift practice this winter.

I'm usually the last one out the door in the company so I might just rinse my car every day this whole winter. OMG, I am stupidly so excited about having the cleanest car on this upper half of the whole country. I also have 24 hour access to the building and an alarm code, so I can even wax in the winter, haha this is so funny, somebody help me :D

You know i'll try to post pics ;)

As soon as your co-workers find out what you're doing, you'll get busted.

So you know what the boss is gonna make you do? That's right, detail the plow.

The garage sounds sweet. Maybe on weekends charge admission for others to use it. Oh, and make sure the boss is "in" on the deal.

my boss leaves well before 5 and i'm a 5:30+er, they don't care people wash their cars here in the summer, I talked to the maintenance dude and he said he'd hook me up in everyway :) I can even have a garage door opener, haha yay me! This is surely going to beat the old washing the car in 0 degree weather in my garage any day.

I was going to say that too, bretfraz.... you'll have to do the boss' car too! I am very jealous, though! Have fun this winter while the vast majority of us are slowly freezing while we try to rinse salt residue off our cars. This does not include all you in the Southwest.... I'm jealous of you all, too!

:D

you'll probably have to hook up the maintenance guy too... but, damn, sounds like you've just hit the jackpot!

Congrats... :) Enjoy your new detailing area!

Now please explain again what this winter cold is you talk about I seem to forget! LOL

that winter joke never gets old(i pee myself everytime)....lol...:D ...Steve you gotta post some pics of you on the plow dood....hope it goes off ok...i dont worry bout the boss but sometimes the other workers get all weird and feel like your getting over...know what i mean..,,then the crap starts....

I freaking love New Orleans in February! Never made it there during Mardi Gras - always was early it seemed. I've spent about 4 or 5 weeks there total in three separate trips(my old company had a large booth at trade shows there every other year or so.) So much fun! And I always seem to get in trouble there (don't tell wife please ;) )

One of my favorite places in the French Quarter is Acme Oyster. A dive but, oh mama, do they have good oysters and crawdaddys!

Looking forward to my new MF's. My wife thinks I'm nuts. I told her I was going to give them away for Christmas presents. Sure I will.

Seems like an interesting idea. Will these pads work equally well on a DA and Rotary?

Also, the OEM 6.5" CCS pads that PAC sells, are they 1 1/4" thick or 7/8" ?

Thanks
