Color Plus

Has anyone here ever used the Color Plus leather restoration products. If so, what results have you had with them. The leather in my car is approaching 18 years old and it shows. The owner before me didn't take amazing care of it. It looks fairly tired. The drivers seat is cracking and the color is generally faded. There is only one very small tear on the drivers seat that I would have patched. It looks like these products work well, but you can only tell so much from a website.



Second question: Would it be more time and cost effective in the long run to have this done by a leather shop or is this an achievable DIY task.

I just bought some wheels for my Bimmer off a guy who had just sold his "shark" BMW 635CSi. He showed my the interior (car was still in his garage) and explained how he redid the interior using the color plus system of products. The interior look amazing! The car was a 1985 w/ 77,000 miles and it lokked like he had just got it from the factory. I am having a hard time deciding whether to got with colour plus of leatherique. I think either are great choices.
