collinite 885 or fk100p on jet ski's?

I know that on the Collinite 885 can it states, "For Marine & Aeronautical Finishes", but with fk1000p having a higher melting point of 250 degrees, which do you guys think would be best on jet skis's? FWIW one of the ski's is black.

I always wonder about this scenario. What surfaces do you intend to wax?

My $.02: I don't think I'd want to wax a surface that is stepped on as it would make it very slippery when wet and create a safety issue. People used to say that waxing the surfaces in the water can cause all sorts of drag and actually slow the craft. I don't know if that concern is valid.

I kind of think about all of this in terms of applying dressing to motorcycle seats and motorcycle tire sidewalls...it could really spoil your day.

I've never tried either but I'd venture to say that either one would work just fine. They're both said to be durable products as well.
