Dont forget about the law of diminishing returns....have you tried 2x dwg + 2x upgp or even 1x dwg + 1x upgp or at the very least upgp by itself?
 
I've got 2 coats of UPGP on it right now. Looks pretty good. Haven't had a chance to put on the dwg yet. Prolly tomorrow. Gonna try 2xupgp + 2xdwg + 2xupgp =)
