I was in Tampa this weekend and decided to call CMA. Even though they're not open on Saturday they told me to come on by. I did and went around back and they were hard at work detailing some cars. They did take a break to get me my things (some MF, BF, etc.) and even gave me the Autopia discount. My order wasn't huge but they treated me as if it was. All in all, great service and great people. :D

I've been a long time lurker with no posts, but I felt this level of service had to be recognized.

My favorite thing about CMA is the speed with which they fill and ship orders. I've order from them 3 times over the last couple of months. Each time I order, I know that my order will be here in just a few days!!

Good job, CMA!! :xyxthumbs

They do have great service and fast shipping! :xyxthumbs The only thing that bothers me is the high cost of shipping. I just had a 1 pound package shipped to Pennsylvania for $13. It's not gonna put me in the poor house but, IMO, I think they could do better.

still waiting for CMA to call me back about not applying the discount to my order...

From what I remember, most Yahoo stores can't choose thier shipping prices. Yahoo stores like CMA charge shipping prices according to some rules that yahoo makes. I think, that is.

I haven't much problems with CMA, 3 orders, each around $100. I placed an order for BF last night. Only problem I ever had was a shipping address problem.

I recently discovered CMA from my introduction to this froum from the ClupGP boards (thanks webviper). Anyways, I've placed two orders and have been extremely pleased with their service and products. Their website is extremely helpful and informative. I'll be shopping there from now on.

Wow, that's interesting to know. I didn't know that!

Thanks for the info!

I personally don't think CMA is to far out of line. I recently ordered from Griots, who has higher prices and rarely ships the same day you place the order... In fact, it's been over 10 days and I still don't have my stuff! The only issue I see is that CMA charges shipping based on the total sale. So, if all you order is a can of Souveran wax, you're probably paying a bit too much. Maybe I'll mention that issue to them again.

P.S., the shipping rules are not created by Yahoo. Each store owner can make their own table and rules.

Out of most of the diffrent online stores I get stuff from, CMA isn't that high. It's those damn packing peanuts that get me. Sticking all over the place.:p

CMA is great if you need a large variety of things. In those cases shipping is fair and fast. On the other hand if you only need one or two things then you are better off somewhere else.
