I was reading on Clearkote's website about their Quikshine QD. This is directly from their website " Every time Quik Shine is used the surface gets polished.

Developed for the aviation industry to be used on Lexan and Plexiglass windows. "

Does it have similar properties to Plexus? And also when it says it polishes the surface everytime, I'm assuming that this is a super mild polish any problems their? Do you guys think this is one of the better QD's out there does it stand out from other QD's cause it seems like most are pretty good? I liked the part about how it makes metallics and pearls explode out of the paint, hope thats not a sales gimmick

Quik Shine is a great QD, but I don't know about the term "polishing" in regards to it. It does and excellent job of glass and plastic lenses, windows etc. It doesn't have actually polishing properties though IMHO.

Definently no polishing ability as we know it, awesome qd though, i use it after my first pass with a drying towel with qew, spray a little on the paint while its still a bit damp, really leaves a nice finish after using qew and solves some of my worries about being to hard on the paint will drying it.

I think the term polishing may mean 'slicked up' :nixweiss

Not only is it great on paint, but on regular windows too.
