Clear Over Micromarring

I have a couple of layers of clear on a repaint now and I was wondering - if clear is laid down over clear that has minor micromarring and/or swirls will they be visible under the new coat? or will the new coat just fill them? I understood that the visibility of swirls/micromarring is the reflection of light off the edges so the new layer of clear would prevent this?



Any thoughts? Just don't want to be chasing micromarring that is a couple of layers down... might need a shovel...
 
you can clear over 1200 and above marks without problems..so yeah you'l be fine, they original finish needs to be sanded /scuffed up anyway so the fresh paint sticks
