Cleaning tires with PB products

I have Poorboys' APC and Spray & Rinse. Just wondering which one is made for tires, or if I'm using the wrong products all together. BTW - The Spray & Rinse is great. It cleaned up my brake calipers to like new condition.

I haven't tried APC, but I'm sure it's great. I just use a degreaser and a good stiff brush. Costco has a cheap product - 'oil eater' - that works great.

Back to Poorboys, Bold & Bright is my absolute favorite tire dressing.

Take care,
Jerry

I love PB's S&R as well but feel it's too harsh for weekly use on your own vehicle. I use it mainly for customer details on truly gunked up wheels.

For weekly use, I seal the wheels with PB's wheel sealant making for easy clean up. The tires, I typically just use a third bucket with whatever car wash shampooo I'm using and a stiff tire brush.

About once a month, I'll use A2Z as it's very good at removing any browning on the tires.
