cleaning the grains on front dash

I have a 95 Integra and this will be my first summer with it. It's currently getting body work done but once I get it back I want to start on the interior. I plan on using a diluted woolite solution to clean the dash, but was wondering what I can use to get into the "grain" on the dash. Would somehting like a toothbrush be ok? I obviously don't want to scratch it. Will the woolite also remove all the old applications of armor all? It's currently very glossy so I would like to apply some 303 afterwards as I hear it's not as shiny.

Thanks

This might sound dumb, but Eagle One A2Z wheel cleaner worked like magic getting the ground in dirt out of my work trucks arm rests and center console. After cleaning, I followed up with a wipedown of a 50/50 mixture of vinager and water.

A nice stiff bristled tooth brush works good like you mentioned.

I usually use a vinyl cleaner to remove old product, but woolite might work good.
