I had a customer just call about his wife bmw that's been driven through a construction zone that had dried concrete dust on it and the dust then got wet leaving a sort of cement film over the car. What's the best plan of attack for cleaning this without destroying the paint. I know some polishing will be needed but I'm trying to make it as ecponomical as possile for the customer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
