what do you guys do if you just finished washing and detailing your car and you go out for the night and come home and the entire front is caked with bugs? do you break down and wash the entire car again or do you use instant detailer and a microfiber and clean just the affected areas? I had this situation tonight and was disgusted at how many bugs i killed, but it serves them right getting in my way.....

I wash the whole car again. If the front of your car is covered with bugs then chances are the side mirrors, hood, and windshield are covered too. You gotta get those bugs off before they eat up your paint. I've hit bugs before that must be made of acid because of the burn marks they left in my paint. I got a bra for my car especially for those times of the year when the bugs are heavy. I have a white car so I can't hide bug guts for long.

I love white paint, both my truck and wife's car is white. I hate the bugs. If its just a few I use QD to remove them otherwise I would say wash it.
