Cleaning buckets/brushes?

zesty-man

how do ya like it?
the other day my buckets got a little bit dirty. i left them out to dry, and it rained, and got sunny again. so now, i have these stains on them that just dont wanna come off. anyways, i think most of the stains are probably already pretty old, becuse of my dad........ anyways, would it be safe to use comet for cleaning those dirty buckets, and just rinse well?

also, my dog managed to get to one of my favorite nylon brushes for cleaning tires, and now that shes been dragging it around and such, its got dirt deep into its brissles, and i dont wanna try anything stupid with the brush, yet...... anyways, i was wondering, should i soak it in something like dawn to get all of that soil out? the moral of this story. my dog has some deep seeded anger towards my detailing stuff. maybe i should play with her more, instead of ingoring her and detailing cars. i just hope she doesnt get to my PC.......

I would just buy some new buckets and brushes...... But as far as washing the bucket and brush out as you mention that would be suffient enough

Just get down and grab the dirt out I say. Maybe try a degreaser. Whatever you do just flush out both of em with lots of water.

If you have a dishwash put the brush in there . That should clean it up good . You might have to sneak it in cause your mom may not be to happy about it . :lmfao
