Cleaned up the Eclipse..

I was in Aid Auto Stores today and saw that Turtle Wax had a new synthetic line out called "Ice". They had a wax & quick detailer. I got the QD and put it over a couple of coats of Souveran that I already had on. Holy. xxxx.

Hahhaha. The pics came out kind of dark, but I gotta say this is the best results I've had since I started detailing. The pictures don't really do it justice.

WOW. That look almost reminds me of the effect Z8 has when applied. I'll have to pick some of this up to give it a shot -- maybe it'll prove a cheaper alternative when I'm working over non-Zaino LSPs.

I saw the bottle in Advance Auto Parts the other day too, in case anyone else is looking for it in a different store.

I tried ICE yesterday on the wife's Pathfinder which is a daily driver but garaged at night.

I looked at it from a quick LSP view: you can apply it over the entire vehicle, you can get it on plastic trim, and it removes quickly.

1. Did a quick wash with Adams car wash (still like that stuff)
2. Klasse AIO with a polishing pad
3. ICE with a finishing pad

Buffed with mf's and the finish is very slick. I'm curious about the durability as the product is as thin as water.
