Cleaned up my friends BMW this weekend...

My friend stopped at my house just as I was finishing my Nissan. I took one look at the car and was disgusted! The wheels were filthy, coated with brake dust. I started out just wanting to clean the wheels up quickly. Of course, not surprisingly it didn't stop there. I ended up washing it. Then I thought it could use a coat of wax. But before that I HAD to use a paint cleaner. So I went over the car with my PC and some P21S PCL. Then I put on a coat of S100 wax. Those 2 products rock! They are just SO easy to apply and remove. It only took me about 2 hours for the wash, polish and wax. Here are the pics...

Who said BMWs can't show American colors...

Bgruver,

I like your wheel clean up, turned into car wash, turned into full exterior detail!! :bow

I am just like you in the fact that I will start on one thing and that will lead into another, etc!!! :D

That is one special reflection shot of our flag!

Keep up the great work!

Cheers

My Black 7 Series

Thanks for the compliments!

Chinkzilla: I'll have to shoot some pics today. The paint on it is in such bad shape from paint chips that I hardly take any pictures of it!

Shouldve taken pics of the Beamer before you started on it. Great job nonetheless. :xyxthumbs

Yea, yea, I know. I always forget the before pictures! I didn't even think about it because I just jumped right into the job. It won't take long before the car looks like crap again. His gf doesn't take care of the car at all. There's cigarette ash EVERYWHERE and coffee and soda all over the interior leather. The inside is filthy. She should be driving a beater not a beemer! She's very spoiled, so she doesn't appreciate anything she has. It's quite sad.

Sweet pics! :xyxthumbs Good job!

I've always been proud of the fact that I've never confused "Bimmer" with "Beemer" (or "Beamer"). :D
