claying?

When you clay do you have to only clay with Clay lubricant or can you do it while soaping the car?

I personally clay as I wash, others don't.

I clay as I wash. Saves me some time and I can use the lube for something else if I want to.

I clay with the lube but have done it both ways. The only reason I like to clay with lube after washing, is I lke to start with a dry car so that I can see the results as I work the panels. Also helps me to control the clay better but then that's just me.

I used to use DS for lube but then i converted. I now clay and use the NXT wash as lube.

I also clay while washing the truck with NXT. I think it's just a little easier.
