Class ring, bling bling

how do ya like it?
check it out, today we got our class rings. i figured, im only gonna be in high school for 4 years of my life, so i should make the most of it, and bought this ring. basically speaking, i think i spent 4-6 details on this, but im happy that i got it. all of my friends and i decided to get a ring. half of us got gold, other half got silver. personally, silver is nice, but gold is for a man :-p. the one thing that i notice is that it feels differnet when im typing with the ring on, because its a bit heavy and sometimes gets in the way of my fingers. however, i can live with it :)
 
i took more pics, but for some odd reason, the closer that i got to the ring, the more blurry the picture was getting. i guess my camera has a hard time focusing at something that is really close
 
Ahhhh: the class ring. Best advice I can offer is to put it in a drawer and keep it.

I graduated in 1961 (old fart that I am), gave my class ring to the girl I was dating, went right in to the U.S. Army. Never heard from the girl or saw the ring ever again. But, that's life I guess.

I got one...don't know why cause I have never worn it in my life! I did not go with Jostens I went and got one from some other jewlers and mine has a bear engraved in the stone and blue and gold on this shield part (school mascotand colors) and it is a bad a$$ class ring but I never wore it once. LMAO I am dumb!

I figured I was going to wear the ring for only a few years, so I bought a cheap one. I think it was silver colored and had the always unattractive Topaz birthstone. I took it off the day after graduation and haven't worn it since.
 
I had one in gold with the ruby stone, it was stolen when my apartment was robbed in college.

I got back in insurance $$$ what I had paid for mine, which was pretty good since it wasn't nearly as cool to wear it in college as it was in HS.

I have a white gold one. Tried it on to see if it fit. It did and has never been worn since.
