Chrysler Pacifica Detail - no 56k

Pinnacle Detailing Owner
Hello everyone! This detail was done on monday but I am just posting it now due to moving to my college apartment and getting our internet working. IT was a hot day with temps hitting 100+ and the humidity was super high as well. It was a full detail and it was in pristine condition but it should be with under 10k on the clock. There was some road paint (yellow) in the wells but laquer thinner took care of that.

Process:

-Wash with CG maxi suds, foam gun, pw assist
-Clay with Meguiars Mild Clay
-Blackfire Finishing Polish
-Z6 wipedown
-Z5pro (zfx,z8'd) on paint, glass, wheels, and lights
-Z8

-Wheels and wells cleaned with TOL wheel wash, pw assist
-Wheels and trim dressed with CG VRT, Wells dressed with meguiars Hyp. Dressing 2:1

ENJOY!

sorry for the misc lens flares, I didnt have my lens hood on :(

Awesome job Greg!

What did the owner have to say about the results?

Any thoughts on Zaino after a few uses?

Great Work.

off topic. I thing the Pacifica look horrible in red. I like that light blue color the Chrysler uses....Very flakey.

He was in a rush so I didnt get much out of him.

As far as zaino, I love it. I think my car will be done on saturday!!!

Chris, I think its ok, but there are better choices.

What LSP is on the Cavi now, and what are you planning to apply on Sat?

This should be interesting
-I'm looking forward to the write up :)

Again, nice work on the Pacifica!

Looks good. I wish manufacturers would put less plastic panels though. But none the less looks awesome...

How about we see some of your cavi. Has been a while. I know you're busy settling in school, but when u find time, post some.

Joy

Your pictures look awesome.

Thanks for all the great comments guys.

John - what combo on my car at the moment? I am not 100% sure but I think 3 months ago I did:

po85rd
pink wax x 2
souveran

I havnt waxed it since haha. It has only gotten the weekly wash with QD dry. I have been very busy all summer, but my car still is looking and beading nicely.

I plan to do this on Saturday, and its for sure set for sat!

Slight chance of using touchup paint on some chips, who knows..

- wash with TOL bubble bath (save the z7 for when the Z is on my car)
- Z18 Clay
- Blackfire Finishing polish via polishing pad (maybe finishing who knows.)
- Z6 wipedown
- Z5pro x 3 (zfx'd, z8'd)
- Z8

I did the interior last week with the Z26 mix (great stuff!)

I will post pics probably on Sunday because I will be driving back to the appt on sat night. I will clean up the bugs, z6,z8 then take pics on sunday, weather permitting.

Thanks Guys

Greg
