Hi i got all 3 bottles of the paint correction. I decided to try them on my black ford lightning bumper was damn near perfect had a few scratches nothing bad. So i pulled out the 700 with an orange pad which is there 1000 grit and so on remover used that took the scratch out , but the problem was they calm to finish down perfect and it didn't it was swirled and hazed up bad like wool pad hit it but it did level out the paint. Next i used the 721 same thing but lil less marring , then came the 778 with a white pad says on the bottle it can eliminate 1800 grit scratches which it did but when i shined my light on it it had very light marring not perfect , so i called them dee talk to me for about 20 mins about how the products wont finish out still have to polish but yet i can take 205 and do it all with a white pad and everything is gone just perfect . Now like i said all 3 bottles say will deliver perfect OEM results . I mean what do they consider perfect lol. Cuz my paint was pretty close till they products were used sept the scratch . Has anyone else used this stuff ...........

I just got the polishes too, however my experience is totally different. I finish down 778 with a 7.5" black Hex-Logic pad on my Makita rotary and IMO, it finishes down as good as M205 if not a little better. I tried to amp up the shine with a red Hex-Logic pad and some 85RD and that provided no noticeable difference. I used these all on my Laser Blue Chevy Equinox which shows every little swirl and/or hologram/haze, and all was crystal clear.

These new Chemical Guys polishes utilize diminishing abrasives, did you work the polish until it was completely broken down? If not, the finish will have a marred or hazy look to it.

Hmmm maybe i need to try a black pad iv never had to use a black pad , matter of fact i don't even have one lol iv got a blue one ccs but i tryed that too with the 778 still very very light swirls. Now dee at chemical guys said the products were non diminishing .....or maybe im wrong

ill have to take a pic and show u what i mean , But like i said he told me i have to finish with the fp polish or the 3n nano , My fords paint could also be soft . But i know megs 105 and 205 are non diminishing which is why i can't figure out why the 778 wouldn't finish out like 205

It must be the hard GM paint I initially tried it on... but like I said, it finished out beautifully. I'm gonna shoot Paul an Email and get the specs on these polishes.

right on man let me know what he says thanx for the replys nice to talk to someone else who has used this product i looked everywhere seems like where the only ones on here thats used it. I use all chemical guys products pretty happy with then why i tryed the polish/compounds. But other then that i mostly use megs 105/205 and some wolfgang stuff

i also had the swirl and buff scratch stuff but had bad time with that also nothing but swirls then the bottle turned to water after 2 days in the trash it went..........
