Chemical Guys MF Towels?

I know many of your think that CG makes great MF towels....specifically their Chubby line of MF Towels.



However, I like the thinner types of MF towels for applying QD and removing wax. Has anyone tried the "CG ULTRA FINE 100% MICROFIBER TOWELS". They are a 70/30 split. Any opinions? Will it scratch my paint?

honestly, i have both the yellow and blue plush mf's from CG's and am not all that impressed. not bad towels though...
 
Try to get the Ultra Elite Towels towels if you can. I have used many different MF towels and these are the best I have used for all around use. One side has a deep nap the othe a short nap. Makes me sleepy.

I have a few dozen of those and I love them. I prefer a thicker towel, but those are dang good towels for the money. They hold up great in the hot water wash and I haven't noticed any marring from them either.



Okay, I have a question: What exactly is the Chubby / Supra line made of? They have no tags on them. Case in point: Elite Deluxe towels. The top of the description said 70/30. The bottom of the description said 80/20. When I get the towels, they said 75/25. So what exactly is it? Don't get me wrong, I do like their towels. They're a definite less expensive alternative to Cobra. Currently, I have about 225+ Cobra's and will continue to buy them. But I will continue to buy the Chemical Guys too.



So does anyone know the answer?
 
I am glad someone started this thread because I have ordered almost all the CG line towels ( yes the ultra fine, plush plush, etc...) and I find them ok at best. My frame of reference are the Adams MF towels which are not only larger but are super plush on both sides.



I asked a while back but never got a response, does anyone know who makes those towels that Adams sells? I would like to buy more without the 500% markup....I figured it was CG but turns out it is not, at least not the ones CG is selling to customers on their website.
