Anyone see this new product from CG? Kinda confused as to what it really is...wax, glaze, sealant?

I wonder how it compares to Blacklight or EZ Creme ???

It is probably a paste wax with fillers. That what it sounds like though. I wish CG would be a little more clear on some of their products.

I have been wanting to try BLACKLIGHT .Will it be ok to use on a silver car?

Depends on what you look for in silver. I like to candy coat silver - CG BL doesn't do that, really. If you want a deep & reflective, then yes. It is a matter of what looks good to you. Either way, more than OK. ;)

Since he mentions fighting off all of the elements, I wonder how durable it is. The paint looked pretty good before the wax, I'm not sure the wax made a difference. That said, I wouldn't mind trying it.

Thank you for the reply .I think i will give blacklight a try

With a 300 degree Temp tolerance it sounds more like a sealant. But it looked almost buttery.... I'll continue to watch this as well.

Looks like an interesting product.

I saw a charger in that color at the tampa bay auto show and it was the nicest red I have ever seen on a car.

I hope this doesnt end up like their glossworkz glaze, it was out for about a year but you couldnt order it unless you bought a specific kit

mjlinane,
what do you use for creating a candy coat on silver?
I have a silver car myself and love that effect as well!

HA! I couldnt help but notice that he also only used his fingertips to push on the pad as well, but I was biting my keyboard not to be critical!
