Here was my vehicle to detail this weekend.

Process:

Wash and clay. Car had lots of overspray/industrial fall out.

CG Lazer buff on two quarter panels that had some scratches.

Those two panels, and the rest of the vehicle was treated with CG Extreme AIO.

Then a coat of Smartwax was applied.

Rims/running board were polished with Blue-B-Gone Chrome/Metal polish by Smartwax, then sealed with SmartSealant by Smartwax.

Thanks Burlyq and RcBuddha.

Rc....I have never used Klasse, so Im sorry but I have no comparison.

KLNYC...Yeah, 10 foot ladder was used. Man was I sore at the completion of this project.

7hrs inc. interior detail and motor.

Oh, the joys of detailing Excursions! :LOLOL

Nice job, the paint looks really shiny and wet! Update us down the road on the durability of Smartwax.

BTW, that last hood shot is terrific!

The Hitachi rotary is rather light at 6.2 pounds. I'm almost in love with mine. It's very smooth and quiet. I'm diggin' the bail handle as it presents much less stress on my hands and arms. You absolutely cannot beat the price/quality ratio. Don't forget the 5 year warranty.

I used my Hitachi this weekend and it works awesome

Its just slightly lighter than a makita 9227c and has abit more power and like spoiledman said

and has a 5 year warranty instead of makitas 1 year

Does anyone else have experience with CG's All-in-1? I may have to give it a try. I never saw it on their website before, I assume it is a relatively new offering from them.
