DEEP & WET
I just wanted to reestablish a thread that shows some general interest in these products. I am very willing to purchase a small sample of any of the products offered.

Today at Wal-Mart I was able to purchase four 2.4 oz bottles (2 of which had flip tops) for $1.50. This would be perfect for sample exchanges. Larger bottles would also be nice, but obviously will cost more. So, if someone has some product, I'm willing to try some.

i need to find a good quality polish that is somewhat cheap to use in my business so from what i hear im down for this one. i may go and contact the company to see what i can get from them in smaller bottles b4 i go and dive in for a gallon of the stuff.

JJ,

I have some samples coming of the CG waxes, sealants and dressings hopefully coming this week. IF I am impressed enough, I plan on springing for a gallon of whatever I end up liking, and I'll be happy to sample out for those who want to try.

Anyone know what happened to the original thread??? ( " I finally got my order today" ) It seems to have vanished like Meg's #26 at .99 cents!! Anyhow......I've got a gallon of the Butter Wet Wax on the way. I'll keep everyone updated.

WOW! Those are some CHEAP prices! I like to carry my polishes in 2 oz bottles so now I know where I'm going t order more from. Thanks!

Here's I how I store them:

I would also be interested in trying some samples of CG products, especially the detail spray and the wax.

I bought a couple packs of ketchup and mustard bottles at the $1 store. For a $1 you get 2 decent sized bottles, i'd say around 6 or 7 ozs. The nice thing about it is they have a wide top so pouring products in from larger volumes is a lot easier. I also like that there a little bigger so I don't have to constantly refill a little bottle.

I just purchased a whole bunch of bottles from that Specialty bottle store (link on previous page). I paid 9.00 including shipping for 14 bottles of various sizes ranging from 2-8 oz and a few atomizers. That is definitely the place to buy bottles. Thanks for providing that link.

I saw Wally World ( Walmart ) had clear plastic 12 oz bottles in the kitchen section, next to the ketchup/mustard bottles for 78 cents each.

Target has a some very nice squeeze bottles - 2 oz in the travel / vacation sample section.

Question for anyone to answer...

Would CGs Butterwax be more comparable to PB EX than Adams Butterwax ? Has alot less cleaning ability in it per there chart. Might make it good for layering ?

I was thinking I should try out CGs Revive Glaze and Butterwax and place an order.

Having a hard time deciding over which to order, the Revive Glaze or Ultra Fine Compound. Any thoughts on that people ?

Price is right......

I got a buddy that will split the order with me so that helps..

I'll post some results after I try it out.....

Good luck everyone.. Thanks for the information.

I get my 2 and 4 ounce sample bottles from the Container Store. I get my condiment bottles from a company called Restaurant Depot.

Here's an idea: Why don't we pool our money together, have one person buy all the products, then have everyone send that person empty bottles (with a list of the products they want to try) to be filled and shipped back. Everyone pays for their own shipping. This would give everyone the opportunity to try all the products.

I have samples of the following CG's products for anyone who is interested and agrees to share their opinion with other Autopians (less speculation more hands on reports!):

Banana Creme Wax

Cherry Wax

Butter Wet Wax

Magic Seal

All Guard Original Dressing (water based)

Bug Bugger Degreaser Shampoo

Lighting Fast Carpet Cleaner

Premium Blue Wheel & Rim Cleaner

Extreme Orange Heavy Duty Degreaser

Leather Scent Air Freshener

Leather Conditioner

So Fast Odor Eater

Several MF products

1/2 gallon of each available in samples, first come first served, but you must send your own bottles AND agree to review here on Autopia.

I'm interested to hear from anyone who has tried CG's:-

Spray N Wax

Wash N Wax

Miracle Glass Cleaner

Any of their Compounds or Glazes (including the more expensive range of "bodyshop" or "Diamond Cut" compounds at Warner Chemicals or All-Guard.com)

Any of their other air freshener scents

OK gotta get back to work .. Craig I've had a sinus infection the past few days, I'll send out your parcel later this week. Anyone else who PM'ed me asking for samples, I''ll sort them out this weekend.
