Cheapest quality Orbital - not Makita

someone mentioned here that the rotary from Pepboys I thing works well. Oh! Never mind - the Chicago Electric one for like $27.00? that looks like the Makita work just fine. Get that one. Do a search here to read up on it. Good luck!

You can get a mini Wen orbital polisher for under $50. It is a great little buffer, but it is kind of small to polish a whole car. I use it for small areas that my Cyclo or Metabo would be too big for.

the chicago electric one is the exact one I want to escape from .. ohhhh the pain

Why are you escaping?

That and I looked on ebay and it said it ran at speeds of between 2200rpms+ (I thought you wouldnt want to run a rotary that fast??)

I thought most home depots in the US rents out rotaries and such tools? not sure, haven't been there for almost a 6 years now hehe.

A circular Fuji .

Rogue - for starters the thing is SUPER loud . Also it bogs down WAY to easily , and the rpm rating is a joke . It mustve been moing at half of what it was rated to do with a 5" backing plate and 6" pad and some pressure to remove swirls .

One of those cases of " I wish I wouldv'e kept the reciept "
