Hey,
Well I have been keeping one of my leather chamois (only used twice) in a plastic container in my fridge for the past 3 months; slightly moist. Read this on here it is best way to keep the enzymes alive or something like that; haha.
I forgot about it since all I use now is my Waffle Weave Towel; but I saw it today and when I pulled it outside of my fridge; it had a very strong scent. Similar to that of a very strong chemical (or that of a damp basement). There is no visible mold but the smell is intoxicating and I am not sure if I can still use it.
Question is; is this normal and should I let it dry or throw it out?
Thanks in advance.
