I joined the local chamber. I belonged to one a few years ago but quicky found out almost everybody there was in the "look at me, buy from me" moad.



I am guessing if I can help the other members make money and at the same time benifit from it that this time around can be profitable.



Some examples would be a cross promotion or joint fundraisers.



Do any of you have some good ideas on how to effectivly use my chamber membership?

I did the same thing this year. I went to a couple of social gatherings and handed out flyers. Made some good contacts. One thing I suggested to the board member there was I would be willing to host a detailing seminar for the members. he sounded interested, should hear back after they have a meeting. Gary
