challenge: removing cast cement

I got a challenge for you guys...



So my mom drove past a construction site today and some not-yet-dry cement splashed up onto the paint as 1-2 inches wide spots ... like paste.



By the time she told me, it was already cast and hardened.... any idea how to remove this?



My dad already tried some cement dissolver that totally didn't work. Maybe you guys know of a better brand... Thanks!

Vinegar is an acid. Try vinegar and water 50/50 then blott this on the area with a sponge and while this area is still wet spary a plastic razor with WD40 and scrape. Remove the following scratches with scratch X.

They are building some new parking ramps in our area. We are the detail shop that was chosen to remove all concrete overspray off the vehicles. We used a professional steamer. It took a bit of work but every vehicle came out awesome. The steamer actually loosened the concrete from behind and it peeled right off without scratching the surface.
