just ordered some of this product to try. used the search and couldn't find anything on it. anyone used it and how well does it work.

I hope you have better luck than I did. The dealership delivered my car with what I thought was water spots on the roof. CG water spot remover did not take them off. In all fairness they may be water etching spots and if so I'm told I'll need to use my PC.

I also see that Duragloss has a water sport remover. Don't know anything about it. Would be interesting to know if one is better than the other.

Good luck!

I have not used the CG but the Duragloss does work on fresh water spots that detail spray cannot remove. For more stubborn ones or just too lazy to try the DG, I use either a paint cleaner or cleaner wax (Mothers Cleaner Wax in my case) that to remove the tougher ones. If it cannot remove them, you need to get out the abrasive polish.

I was in you shoes and purchased the cg water spot remover and it did not work for me. Still looking for a better safe solution.

think i might return it for credit then.....

Just so you understand the situation. My application was on a rear window of an SUV that has factory tint. it makes the waterspots POP. Did not make a dent in it. Did by hand 4-5 applications until my fingers cramped!

For windows this works great Glass Science Glass Scrub Auto Glass Stripper. I use this by hand but if it isn't strong enough bust out the DA. Just make sure you dedicate the pad your gonna use to this product only.
