CG Odor Eliminator

Has anyone used Chemical Guys Odor Eliminator & Bacteria killer? It says dilute according to needs but doesn't list any dilution ratios. So I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this product?
 
I would just give the a call.I'm quite sure they will be more than happy to give you any info you require
