I did a truck last week that had cement splattered all over the rockers and inner fenders. I like to think I have a large arsenal but I had nothing that would touch it. Prep sol, final sol, enamel reducer, even laquer thinner and goo gone. Nothing worked. I just had to tell the client there was nothing I could do without damaging the paint. It was his work truck so he didn't really care, but I never want to be in a situation like that again. Any suggestions?
