CCS vs Foam both from Lake Country. Who likes which one more and why?

ME: I like CCS 5.5" better because it can do better correction, also, does not Eat your Expensive Product up like the Foam. Also, it's proven to last longer than the regular foam pads. :werd:

I'm assuming your talking about ccs vs flat pads since they're both made of the same foam.

I don't see any benefit with the ccs pads. When I have the option I go with flat pads. But either will do

The CCS pads don't allow you to break the polish down as quickly since it keeps laying down new product. This has its advantages some times, but I generally find it annoying.

I would go with the flat pads if given the choice.

I guess I'm the only one that uses CCS pads. =\ The vendor that I bought my detail supply from, told me CCS pads are better so I bought them. :nixweiss

Well, if it's not good for polishing, it should be good for LSP correct?

Nothing wrong with the ccs pads. Like most, I perfer the flat pads.

i too like flat over the CCS, but with folks discounting the CCS' so much, I stocked up and got twice as much for the same price.

<---- will be using CCS for awhile. can't argue with the cheap price

Have a bunch of CCS pads collecting dust in the back of the pad closet LOL. They were a fad last year... No one really cares anymore. No real added benifit to them. Just yet another flash in the pan product that took the world by storm and then quickly faded out. They really don't need to keep trying to re-invent the wheel but that's exactly what alot of these companies try to do all the time. Sometimes we get taken in by all the hype other times we see right through the BS and pass.
