To kick off SEMA 2018, CarPro Proudly presents a product that combines two of our favorite attributes! In fact the combination of function and beauty made possible by Elixir may leave you asking, “What sorcery is this!?”
Certainly Elixir originated from humble beginnings…. The brainchild of a few of the most devout CarPro fanatics and “would be chemists” who asked “what if?” Close your eyes and imagine for a moment…. A product that offers the quick application of Ech2o with the hydrophobic energy of the industry leader in ceramic nano technology! CarPro took this idea and expanded on it to create an absolutely phenomenal quick detailer that provides a FAST layer of depth, gloss, and hydrophobic energy to a variety of surfaces!
With a nod to CQuartz Specialist Mike “Merlin” Moore, the name of this incredible product was a no-brainer! Beyond the incredible levels of gloss and its excellent hydrophobic nature, Elixir goes on easy as can be, applies in rain or shine, and lasts for weeks on end!

Just think, one of the secrets that sets us, us being those who have known about Merlin’s Mix, is now open to the public. So one of the qualities that has set us a part from the rest, has just been erased.

At $21.99 it will remain a secret to me. Got to be pretty lazy not to mix this yourself. Same with Hydro2lite. You pay a lot/too much for water. I can’t wait for the “longetivity/durability” questions. My Father used to always tell me you can put sh## in a box and put a bow on it and someone will buy it.

Corey just demoed this on CarPro`s facebook page and mentioned that expect about 1 month of durability of this product. Similar to what I have read about mixing it on your own.

2 oz ECH2O, 2 oz SiO2 product (feel free to pick one of the many) 20 oz distilled water. You can adjust the mixture but this works fine.

WOW! You folks are awesome!

Hey rlmccarty, mind if I ask which Si02 product you’re using?

No problem. I have been testing just about everyone I can get my hands on and my current and long time favorite is TacSystems Quartzmax. We know CarPro bought their original chemicals from TacSystems and many have said Quartzmax is the same as the original Reload that people loved. I may switch based on testing to IGL Ecocoat Premier for a longer lasting product. The shine/gloss is the same for both.

I didn’t bother to test Reload. Their quality control problems with Reload are famous. Reload is the only product I have ever asked for and gotten a refund for. CarPro makes some good products and the latest Reload may be ok, but fool me once...

I`m using the v2 reload in my mixture and its been working fine. I think due to the dilution of course. No streaking or application issues.

I`ve been very interested to try tacSysytems products but I have to wait to finish what I have on hand before buy more stuff.
