carpet extractors spray nozzle

Hey guys i don't know how that little thing is called but my carpet extractor (aztec hot rod) the spray nozzle only sprays straight and not sprays side to sides, if you know what i mean for example am extracting cloth seat and the water sprays with just a line like a water hose just weaker. You know the water flow doesn't spread around. i need to change that thing i think my dad tried fixing it or somebody else did but its not dirt that got in there, its clean, but it looks like the hole is bigger that's all. i need to buy that little spray part and if anybody knows where plz help out

Are you sure it is not dirty. Often mine gets clogged and does the same thing. I just take a tiny sewing needle and stick it in the nozzle hole and it clears it right out and works beautifully, keeping in mind that this is on my Mytee.

I'm not trying to be rude, but you need a new extractor. The Aztec, Durrmaid, all those ultra-portable mini-extractors aren't real quality products. They do their job most of the time, but I found myself spending just as much time maintaining it than running it.
