What is the process to clean the carpet in our cars?



I have one car with black carpet and the other with dark grey carpet.

I have tried Prestone and Turtle for cleaning the carpets. Never satisfied.



What can I do. I do have a Rigid Vac 5hp. Do not want to get the hot steam vacs since they are expensive.



So what are my options.



Please help.
 
Do you have stains or just want a good cleaning?



303 Spot Remover works great for removing most stains (as does Spot Shot carpet cleaner). Top of the Line sells good carpet supplies.



If your carpet is just dirty, vacuum it thoroughly, brush it with a carpet brush, and vacuum again.
 
I assume Top of The Line is a store...?



I have regular dirt with some stains. I have one small section that has something sticky that might be hard candy or gum need to check to make sure.



How long should I let the products sit before I clean?



is the process spray,brush,pick up with clean rag and then vac..?



Help..
 
When I say rag I mean after spraying a product and agitating i place a clean rag to soak up the dirt.
