Carnuba Moose Wax!

The Whaler Loves Detail City
Saturday I put Carnuba Moose Wax(first time I used it) on a dark green metallic Honda. Used a yellow foam applicator and put it on top of EX-P. I covered the entire vehicle in CMW before I took it off with a Poorboy's green micro.I applied and removed it in the sun.The wax went on easy enough and came off with equal effort.Like most waxes that I have used it did mute/mask the metallic gold flake(which I don't like) but I have never had a car look wetter. My combination was Poorboy's Polish with Carnuba+Vanilla Moose+EX-P+Carnuba Moose WAX. Sunday at my in laws' house her car was noticed by her grown boys. They told their mom how shiney and wet it looked. Her car is a far cry better looking than it was three days ago.Maybe this week I'll do half a hood with Natty's and see if there's a difference.

I completely agree with Rabbi's review. This is one of my favorite waxes for solid colors, especially white.

CMW is a geat product , but I did a side by side comparison to Nattys and the Nattys was much clearer and deeper, and wetter IMO.

The only nice thing is the CMW is easier to use as a liquid form w/pc.

Just my observation

i gave CMW a try this weekend, prepped with SSR2.5/SSR1. the CMW was applied by hand with a Pinnacle Polishing Pal. i applied it to the entire car before buffing. the results were great, my white paint was glossy and wet, more so than i had expected. like most products, a little goes a long way. very good product.

You like that you should try the Yellow Creme Wax......
Ack! I gave in and bit the bullet...I got some on the way.
I'm hoping it won't be 95 and 90% humidity again this weekend so I can try it out. I'm planning on going FPII > YCW > Trade Secret.
