Received a Carbon Grey Mazda3 for detail. Took a little while but it came about nicely. The car had severe swirls marks, scratches, and some hard water spots. Most of the scratches have been fixed or reduced as much as they could be reduced without being wet sanded. The rear bumper was left untouched as per request of the client. Oh and only the PC was used. Still trying to get my hands on a rotary...boy do I ever miss using those things. Such a time saver!
Please excuse some of the photos...my camera is going off the deep end! By the time I finished the sun was pretty much gone so the after pics are a little bit dismal but I took whatever I could. The color is supposed to be Carbon Grey but I swore it was almost black after I finished putting on the Klasse AIO. The AIO just made the paint pop like crazy.
Enjoy.
Process:
1. Hose down car, removed attached debris with concentrated water pressure
2. Sprayed entire car with own mix of super concentrated soap
3. Washed car with microfiber mitt (Gold Class wash)
4. Clayed car
5. Washed with Meguiar's Deep Crystal Wash
6. Dried with Absorber
7. Removed Adhesives with Goo Gone
8. Final wipe down
9. Inspection
10. Meg's #83 x1 over the whole car, x2 in areas that needed it...mostly scratches and heavy swirling (used Sonus Yellow pad)
11. Final Inspection to remove wax residue
12. Klasse AIO (Sonus White pad)
13. 4* UPP
14. P21S
15. Stoners IG on windows
16. Meguiar's Hot Shine Tire shine on tires
Before and After Samples:
