Car Wash Nozzle with Soap Dispenser

Wanted to get some feedback whether anyone has used one of the CAR WASH NOZZLES with SOAP DISPENSER built in. With the winter months approaching, I would like to hose / wash the car and use the leaf blower to dry. Here's an example of what I'm trying to describe:

Walmart had one of those in the RV section when I was looking for QEW.

I second the Walmart suggestion. I got one from them a while ago and it still works great. Nothing like a foam gun, but hey, any little bit helps right? I was in there today getting some Eurow mitts (and coulnt help but buying some 3M tape to cover the trim) and they had them for $7.96 apiece.
