Car starting help?

I have problem starting my car in cold weather or after rain water on it, it's a big problem for me. Is it bcz of Oil gets a lot thicker in cold weather or Battery have problems in cold weather.
What to do in that condition?

I can't give you advice on what to do with the starting problem. However I think you might have better luck, if you find a forum of the make of your car and join and ask the same there.

I have a Toyota Camry and belong to a forum that can answer all my questions.
