Car interior cleaning help?

As of now I am not going to be busy enough to go all out and spend $600 or more. I want something that fairly reliable and has good cleaning power for carpets and upholstery cleaning.Also please suggest me how can i clean my cars headlights.

Your question on the headlights is a bit vague. Are they just dirty or cloudy from oxidation? A product like DP Plex All can clean and protect a headlight in good shape. Cloudy headlights can require steps up to and including wet sanding and/or polishing.

Not all require sanding some may be good with polish alone. Post a pic if you can.
