Car Care Stores in Florida

Hello, I'm new to the forum so just checking in and saying hello :wavey

I'm from the UK and I've just ordered a PC 7424 which should be with me next week.

I have a question, I'm visiting the US next month and as I've never been before I need to know what stores to look out for to buy Poorboys, Clearkote products etc..

I will be staying in Deerfield Beach, Florida, I think I'll also be visiting Miami and Fort Lauderdale (sp?). Can anyone give me any tips on what stores to look for in that area?

Many thanks,

Anth

Proper Auto Care is in Tampa and AutoGeek is somewhere in Florida as well. Don't have an invoice handy to see exactly where.

Premium Auto Care Just opened a new store in Florida. Here's their phone # for you to find out exactly where it is...I f I lived near there, I would be broke, just an awesome collection of goods to choose from:bow

Phone: 1.800.487.3347

Cheers for the advice guys :up

I'm sure we are going to Boca Raton, so that will do just nicely, I guess I'm going to need a big suitcase!

Premium Auto Care actually moved from Sarasota to Bradenton (a little north).

On the east coast, though, I would try Superior Restoration in Sunrise (just west of Ft Lauderdale)

There's another place over by Fort Pierce, Auto Appearances +.

DRIVERS SEAT(SUPERIOR CAR CARE) in Boca Raton and BOINTON BEACH and WEST PLAM BEACH check out there websight,I walk in to there stores and don't leave for hours.

I dont believe you can visit Autogeek.net for purchases, and it is in Stuart Florida anyways. There is a store co-owned or stocks the merchandise from Autogeek though , its called Drivers Seat. It is in Stuart, and also in Boca Raton.

The store you are looking for in Boca is on Glades Road , I block east of I-95 (Circuit City Plaza). Be prepared to pay full MSRP however !

At DRIVERS SEAT you pay full MSRP they are not cheap but you have all these products under one roof. Not to mention when I am there in my mind I save on shipping

I agree !

But with Autogeek.net so close my packages arrive the very next day, and their reduced prices and additional forum discount usually makes up for the shipping. Plus Jason always puts a couple of samples in the box, and I just cannot wait to see whats in the middle.

Where did you order you PC from?

I have e-mailed 2 vendors for a total price including shipping to Belfast N.Ireland, neither have replied !

I'm ordering approx $400 worth of goods, guess they dont want my money?:nixweiss

I've had good luck ordering from both Premium Auto Care & Autogeek.

MattZ28 posted that he went to Autogeek/Palm Beach Motoring to pick up his order for the Pinnacle sample kit. You could call ahead to make sure they are open.

The Drivers Seat...:xyxthumbs

I went to a couple of their stores on my last trip to Deerfield Beach. They have a great selection, and it's fun actually seeing all the products discussed here under one roof.

They're easy to get to from Deerfield Beach. One of their stores is just a couple of miles north.

Use Yahoo! Maps to find each location.

Here's the skinny on my last trip there:

No they're not...they're in Stuart, 1 hour north of Boca.

The phone number is 772-286-2701, it should be a 1 1/2 hr drive from Deerfield Beach.

I got mine from http://autopia-carcare.com/ shipping was around $50 and the service was very good. I ordered last Thursday and it arrived Tuesday, very quick for US to UK!!

Obviously you will need a step-down transformer with a load rating of 500va or higher, these cost around £40 - £50.

Hope that helps :xyxthumbs

Wow, that was quick :shocked

I know about the transformer, going to order my PC now from autopia :bounce

Thanks for your help:xyxthumbs
