Can this leather be fixed without paint/putty/sanding?

7k mile corvette. Seats are paper thin on these cars (even my 99 ws6 has way better leather).

Wondering what I could do about the leather bolster wear and the cracks on the bottom bolster?

Not much you can do about the bolster wrinkles. That is normal wear and will eventually happen over time.

Look into the colourlock system for maintaining the leather. Not sure what year the corvette is but per colourlock

Protector on vehicles 3 years or older. Optional to top with Leather Shield.

Leather Shield on vehicles less than 3 years old.

As far as the tear colourlock makes kits for repair as well.

What’s the difference between colour lock and any other quality conditioner or cleaner?

I don’t mind using if it makes a noticeable difference from the Leather Masters and Sonax conditioner I use now.

Haven’t used those but I can tell you that colourlock works great. They also have repair kits. Reach out to them as they can match the color.

Plenty of videos on the rag company and obsessed garage YouTube channels if you are want to learn more about the products.

I got some colourlock. I also bought the elephant wax preserver from them.

Yea the 99 ws6 leather may be cardboard like but it’s thick. This z06 has paper thin leather
