Can this be repaired?

I made this scratch about three years ago on my truck and it's really starting to get on my nerves. Before going to a paint shop, I wanted to see if anyone thought that this can be corrected. Hello Rusty Bumper:

The best thing you can do is perhaps find in this forum someone who might live in your county or city. I don't like to guess from a pictures perspective. I know that for some folks the rule of thumb is to check with your finger nail. My next best advise is to take it to a body shop, If you have never wet sand or polish at a professional level I would not take the risk. Some of us own paint meters to check how much paint and clear is on the area before we would polish.

Like Eddy said unless you are proficient in wetsanding and polishing you might want to leave this to a pro.
