Can QEW be used like a QD?

Morning Everuone,



I've searched and read many threads regarding QEW. I was wondering, when the car is not too dirty...like has pollen and dust on it and no real road grime can QEW be used in the same manner as a QD?



I know many of you pre-soak a panel by using a squirt bottle, but can I go directly to a MF and clean things up or is pulling a wash mit saturated with QEW solution the best thing to do. Will using it like a QD introduce swirls and scratches?



I live in an apartment and sometimes its a pain to pull out 2 buckets. So I was hoping that 2 pray bottles and a bunch of MF towels woudl do it for me.



Your thoughts, as always, are greatly appreciatted.

I use QEW from a spray bottle sometimes, when the car is only dusty.



Some say it's not meant to be used that way, which is true.
 
I use a super concentrated solution of QEW (4 caps in 32 oz water) in a spray bottle on my white daily driver when only dusting after a Cali wipedown. I spray a panel and allow to dwell for a few seconds. As a matter of fact this is the only time I use QEW. If vehilce is dirty, it gets the full bucket wash treatment.

QEW in spray bottle as a QD works great!!!
