Can I use Klasse AIO on fresh paint?

Is it ok to apply Klasse AIO to my painted fiberglass Tonneau cover on my truck. It was painted on 12/24/02. Thank You.

You might want to check with your painter.

Since he has the responsibility for the integrity of your paint, I would take his advice. He is probably going to say no.

AIO will be great to use when he does give you the go ahead.

Todd, From reading a lot of information on different boards I gather that for the first 30 days after a repaint, 3M Imperial Hand Glaze is one of the few products recommended for the new paint, naturally it is not a wax and will not protect the paint. After 30 days for the paint to "cure"you can use most any of your favorite polishes and waxes. Wait for other answers before proceding to be sure I am correct...Michael P.
 
the body shop I have my car at tells customers to just wash with soap and water. They say not to apply anything to the freshly painted areas for 45 days. I'd still wait another week or two to be sure unless your painter says it's okay.
