Can I put IHG over SEC before finishing with S100/#26?

SEC is mildly abrasive, IHG is not, so it makes sense to do the SEC first. Personally I'm not sure if I'd bother though, since (from what I've read) SEC leaves the surface looking good enough and slick-feeling, which is better for wax application. I don't think IHG does the same? :nixweiss

i chose to do spec + ihg + s100 on one side while the other has spec + s100. diffrence couldn't notice any. and like 4dsc said ihg is not abrasive so it should be after spec. you can try mother glaze which i will do in futre or meg #7 it's recommend more then ihg.
