Can I add glaze now and reseal?

I just polished my wife's black 4Runner last week. After polishing I finished with Meg's #26. Since I didn't get all the swirls out, I'd like to add a layer of a good glaze filler and then Collinite 845.



Can I just add the glaze and then Collinite or do I need to do something with the paint first? What's a good glaze to go with the 845?

As long as it's a good filling glaze it should do well over a wax. I would wash first though to be sure all uncured wax residue is gone.
