Can carnauba wax disturb bonding of "cured" sealants?

If the wax had cleaning qualities, then yes, it could mess up the sealant.

Would Meg's Gold Class wax be strong enough to strip DG105? Meg markets it as a pure wax but I've read that it contains slight cleaners whatever those might be...

I actually really like the looks of Megs although durability does suck but what beauty wax doesn't? :bonk:

yeah any cleaner is going to remove some of the sealant. I use Dg for my winterization and then pop on some EX-P - usually FSC between and if I can get the garage warm enough use some nattys

If you are applying a pure NON-CLEANER wax to a cured sealant then there will be no problems...read the can just to make sure....if it dose have some cleaning capabilities it will remove the sealant

I guess I'm lazy because I apply the 105 and don't worry about anything else.
I see no need for all the layering of sealants and waxes just a waste of product time and money.

Disclaimer My vehicles NEVER see the inside of a tunnel wash so mine are not exposed to those harsh soaps that remove the LSP
