I have a 2001 ml320 with skyview, luxury, convenience, Bose, Timeport telephone, and navigation. I love my car. I have not had any serious problems other than a bad connector on the phone causing it to lose its signal when hooked up to the car. If you are planning on getting a used ml, the newer the better. The 98' and 99's had by far the most problems. If you want to know anything specific just post it and I am sure I or another ml'er will respond.
